If for any reason the purchased artwork does not meet expectations, a 7-day return policy is offered under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Process: To start a return, please contact us here within the 7-day window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure your return arrives safely, it is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance and use a service that provides tracking. This will help protect your investment in case of any loss or damage during return transit.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions and artworks that have been altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
